We made it home

After 4 days of starring at hospital walls and eating the finest of the hospital's delicacies it was good to go home. The first night at home was a little rough because we had our days and nights confused, but Drew and mom survived and have made a pact to sleep at night and play during the day.

Drew has arrived

I'm not going to get into all the dirty details today, because I think we are all more excited about seeing pictures. Drew was born at 5:05pm Sunday, July 22. She was 10lbs 5oz. and 20.75inches long.

Leya is doing great... and has repeated said now she knows why she has been so hungry. Dad is doing pretty good but is still soaking it all in.

Just three more days!!! Drew is schedulede to make her first in-person appearance on Monday, July 23rd. We would love it, of course, if she showed up a little earlier, but the waiting & wondering if we're in active labor is driving us crazy, so we're just pressing on with eager anticipation that we'll meet her in just a few days either way.

We've been working diligently on the last minute decor of her room. Topher has an incredible eye for such things, it turns out. :o) Here are some pics of what we've come up with, and a few other cutesie ones of my Drew tummy.
